While I agree with you, the ability to act seems to be a bigger issue. The Berlin Christmas market terrorist was “on the radar” and was supposed to be deported.

While I agree with you, the ability to act seems to be a bigger issue. The Berlin Christmas market terrorist was “on the radar” and was supposed to be deported. But the German police did nothing about it.
