It took me forever to realize that it's the process, not the outcome that matters. There's a saying: 'Enjoy the journey, not the destination'. Because the destination is fleeting, but the journey takes longer and you should revel in it.
I suffer from what you suffer from It's called Analysis Paralysis[0] or overthinking. You should go all chips in on what sets your soul on fire and focus on that.
