And its obvious that if the criminal which poses the least risk to ordinary people would have the upper hand then all the other criminals would too. Even the ones that dont exist in the current situation. I disagree with the rest of you assumptions. You should probably talk with a cop and ask them what they are doing all day long. Most of them hardly ever draw their gun, many go trough a lifetime of service and never shoot a single bullet outside of training. Idk from where you distorted view on police work comes from and I dont see much value in further discussion this.
