  I disagree. The prosecution’s own witnesses testified on cross examination that there was no evidence that Floyd’s neck was ever compressed or choked; no bruising or other trauma, for example. They testified that Chauvin followed all of use–of–force guidelines that they were trained to follow, and in fact did exactly what the witnesses have trained police officers to do. They also admitted that he had taken a potentially lethal dose of Fentanyl while trying to hide the drugs from the police. I think this was an incorrect verdict.
