I worked for this one startup a long time ago where the CEO would call a company-wide meeting every other month to announce a new achievement award and then promptly award it to his co-founder. You can’t make this kind of shit up, it’s comedy gold. It was also great for morale every time we saw the cofounder get the use of the CEO’s Ferrari or that $25k bonus check. We were always so excited for him!
