I almost believed your post until I changed my useragent and saw the popup. There is a popup with the title: "Use Chrome on a desktop please!" with the text "Right now, the web version of Stamper is only supported in Google Chrome for desktop." That doesn't sound like a "Go away" to me. That sounds like a "We only support Chrome and so don't complain if its broken on something else". If it really was a "go away", they wouldn't even let you enter the app if you had the wrong useragent. Instead, you just click past the dialog and you get whatever experience your useragent allows with the code.
