I don’t find the Clubhouse concept that interesting personally, but what does it say about the industry when big incumbents can just copy an innovative idea from a smaller player? It feels wrong to me. Isn’t this what IP laws are meant to protect against?

On a side, I wouldn't say that the idea behind clubhouse is particularly innovative; rather it was executed well.
