Ask HN: Which Bay Area companies are bringing s/w engineers back to the office?
- goler 5y agoAre there any companies that are already back in the office? Have any announced plans to return by the end of May?
- aynyc 5y agoI know a lot of small hedge funds are back in the office full time, full staff.
- lhorie 5y agoSaw an article a while back[0] FWIW, it says Uber opened already, but returning to office is voluntary at this point, there are capacity limits (IIRC 20%), and as far as I know, most people are still working from home. - LinuxBender 5y agoIntentionally not mentioning company name. Ours will bring up to 60% back to the office by June/Aug timeframe. People can opt to work from remote part of the time with mgmt approval. Some people can work remote full time with VP approval.
