You'll never find a job that meets these requirements, but you may find a job with good co-workers, a boss who is decent and a healthy work environment. To me, that is nirvana. Just like in a marriage, there's going to be good and bad times. It's the people that make those rough patches bearable. Sounds to me like you just want flexibility and the opportunity to work on things you find engaging. Don't expect 100% of that all the time but I do think if you look hard enough, you'll find what you seek.
