Agreed, the screen was one of the best things about the XO-1. Transreflective displays do live on here and there, I have an Amazfit Bip [1] which uses one. 1:

- jschwartzi 6y agoGarmin watches also have transflective displays. I've never needed the backlight since I've always got either sunlight or a headlamp.
