A few responses so far: * Proactively take on projects, don’t wait for someone to give a perfectly scoped out task. * When things go down, the engineer doesn’t shut down, they tackle the challenge logically, and will also reach out for help appropriately. * Hunger to learn * Go above expectations to fixes systems or builds things that makes it easier for engineers or other teams to operate.
