    he intimates constantly that the driver is only required for regulation purposes and that they dont actually verify youre paying attention or in the drivers seat and calls it "full self driving"..

      No, he doesn't. The car doesn't let you do this either.

  Safer doesn't mean invincible. Even if there are arguments to be had on the data, zero people are saying rig your car to drive with no one in the front seat and have a great time.
