Office Vacancy Rate Continues to Climb in San Francisco
- aurizon 5y agoReminds me of the decline and fall of Rome...;) In truth the era of SF may well be coming to an end with the rise of the decentralised office. We have already seen the boom of the home office and the home office in a garage and the home office shed. Cities will miss the taxes they were used to gouge and will try to tax them. Then they will burrow out of site - stealth mode. Then cities will try to tax companies on the basis of their employee roster of home workers = more stealth. We will live in interesting times as the cities try to rake in all this lost cash, inspectors etc...
