- WarOnPrivacy 6y agoOne possible factor is that rents there have doubled (or more). That makes the Tampa bay area more like notoriously high priced markets, where it isn't possible to survive on a couple of typical-wage jobs.
- a3n 6y agoI wonder when "worker dorms" will come to these high priced areas. I remember a story years ago that Boulder CO streets couldn't get plowed in a particular storm, because the plow drivers can't afford to live nearby.
