You are correct in my case. We use Oracle, MS SQL Server, and Sybase because that's what the vendorware we use requires. We do have some open-source software

You are correct in my case. We use Oracle, MS SQL Server, and Sybase because that's what the vendorware we use requires. We do have some open-source software that uses MySQL for administrative purposes.
