Gaseuous lead condenses on all cooler surfaces, but due to the high surface tension of liquid lead, doesn't bond to those surfaces. Leading to a cover of mobile lead dust over everything, which makes breathing dangerous. Touching it is also not that healthy because the dust has a high surface area, is already oxidized and therefore too easy to dissolve in bodily fluids and sweat.
The situation is of course dependent on a whole lot of boiling lead having been around, solid cold lead doesn't really produce a lot of dust if you leave it alone.
