Genuine question, what do you mean by "use Cardano"? Use it for what? Can I create borrowing/lending decentralized platforms? Can I launch my NFT marketplace on it (at this moment)? Or perhaps create a DAO for the governance of a Dapp? I don't understand how Cardano is even a choice right now.
