Can you share some concrete data? Also, why do you think it would be cheaper to market to a niche? I expect that launching in the SF area will be easy for two reasons: 1. The area has a lot of people with extra money who already use dating apps. 2. A lot of people in the area like to try new apps. I'm saving SF until the app is more polished. I don't want to tarnish the brand here.
