My personal experiences is that a lot of people get stuck "in the gray" because of indecisiveness or an unwillingness to exert the effort to POC something. I prefer that strongly opinionated minds demonstrate their ideas work or fail and move on to the next prototype than hold endless conversation.
- austinjp 6y agoGenuine questions: Are you in a management position? How do you reconcile the shades-of-grey people with the black-or-white people? What are the strengths and weaknesses of each position, and how do you harness the strengths and manage the weaknesses? Do people change type depending on the situation, or is a grey always a grey and a b/w always a b/w?
