I have been a happy dotcloud beta user for a month. As a founder of a small start-up outsourcing the entire sysadmin work is a great advantage and .the support on the IRC has been very valuable. The pricing seems a little steep but I would think that the time saved on doing sysadmin is a great value and would be decent trade-off for most start-ups. Though I do wish that they would beef up their support staff so that the issues are resolved faster than they are now.
