- BHSPitMonkey 5y agoIt would only be fingerprinting if the "fingerprint" is persisted alongside some other information about you as a user, and subsequently used in attempts to identify other activity as belonging to said user. That is not at all what was implied by the approach described above (which would just be used at the time of initializing every video streaming session).
