Yes, its expected for all apps (official & unofficial) which uses Twitter API directly.
Actual issue is NOT a Twitter API issue — it is highly likely Twitter site frontend issue instead.
- jeromegv 6y agoMore than frontend, I use Tweetbot and nothing works at all since last night. "over capacity" , etc.
