Customers can call directly from browser without installing anything new - Integrates with Skype and Google Talk. Other IMs are around the corner. Hosted in AppEngine and Amazon cloud for scalability and speed (currently is the fastest live-chat) - Social Tabs - you can customize the widget to show Twitter, Facebook and other social communities.
