I like Elon's personality but I do not particularly care about promoting him as a good person or some kind of hero. I care instead about the goals he is furthering and from my independent analysis Tesla is the best electric automaker and the best software company in the automotive industry without a shadow of a doubt. It's funny how I didn't even mention him in my original post and yet he's brought up as a refutation to my earlier points. I do not care about what Elon has to say, I care about what the company releases and so far the company has released self driving products that have had more of an impact on the market and our culture than any other automaker.
