This appears to encapsulate all the component parts of a very useful video service: instant distribution and licensing for amateur videographers. Typical use case: you are about and about in public. Something unusual happens. You whip out your mobile and happen to capture a viral moment. Upload to Youtube or TikTok. And are besieged with distribution request by global media channels. By automating every stage of licensing it would make it simple for content creators to get paid. At global scale, this could mean life changing cash for some.
