But it probably would. Not completely, but few people would risk putting their life savings or any significant amount of money into something that was illegal.
- argvargc 6y agoUnless it's their only option to be able to eat and stay alive.
- koheripbal 6y agoIt's more practical than that. It means you cannot do the bank transfer to move your Liras to a crypto exchange. It definitely puts a meaningful barrier on buying crypto.
