Citibank to shut retail banking operations in 13 countries

- world_of_fourth 6y agoTrue.. Citibank has around 2.9 million retail customers, 1.2 million bank accounts and about 2.2 million credit card accounts in India
- simonblack 6y agoGood to see Citi moving out. In all my (involuntary) dealings with them over quite a few decades, I have found them to be the most greedy, deceptive and predatory company I have ever come across. If you are a customer of theirs, I'd advise you to count your fingers, and the numbers in your accounts, after every transaction.
