With compassion: you seem paranoid. Lots of talk about security and hackers and spies. Your submission history is telling. Have you thought about getting therapy? I get the feeling from your writing that you are conflating social signalling and personal economic outcomes. You seem to want people to think you are smart more than you want to succeed? Or at least those ideas seem in conflict. Do you want a job at a Big Name or do you want money? Have you thought of starting a business? That way you don't need permission from other (besides customers) to succeed. Probably better is, as many others have suggested, to get a job a smaller company that will have you. Then build something on the side.
