Can someone explain to me exactly how the EU plans to ban encryption? Like, what's the mechanism to stop an EU citizen hosting their (whatever) in a country that does support E2E? Or how, practically, you stop anyone from using X service which provides strong encryption on their computer or servers at home? I'm naive about such matters but from where I'm standing I can't see how this is even vaguely enforceable?
