Yes, "Your blackjack outcome is independent of other player's decision" IS a statistical fallacy. You're correct. It's pretty easy to prove this. Is the number of cards in play finite? Yes. Can other people at the table get more cards than they begin with? Yes. If someone can impact the number of cards left in the deck, wouldn't they have the potential to change your outcome?
