How much mushroom matter is considered a microdose? Or, how is it best measured?
- tomComb 6y agoOne way to approach is that a microdose for you is any dose that has no notable psychoactive effect. Practically, microdosing is often in the 20 - 100 mg range, and the lower threshold of a 'normal' psychoactive dose would be 600 - 800 mg (depending on the individual, eg. their weight, of course).
