I think floc will be useful because I'll hardcode a very inaccurate cohort in my browser to get amusingly meaningless ads that are as unobtrusive as possible. From what I've seen the most unobtrusive ads are the most expensive methothelioma and personal injury ads since they're generally a short message on a solid color background.
