How do you mean? Just curious because my wife, who always hated running, is killing it with a NordicTrack treadmill and iFit. She bought a shirt to support her favorite instructor, she is part of some Facebook groups, and talks quite a bit about the "experience" of each run. I don't quite get it myself, so I am not advocating for one or the other. But it seems to be working for her.
