I did return an iPhone when I was in US. It was really easy just walk in and return it for a full refund or credit. I ended up buying a 128gb one instead of 32g

I did return an iPhone when I was in US. It was really easy just walk in and return it for a full refund or credit. I ended up buying a 128gb one instead of 32gb because the experience was great. But this is insane that I can't return something from Apple's own store for a refund.
- tumblewit 5y agoThis was back when the 32gb iPhone 7 was much slower than the 128Gb one. But that was more of a performance problem this is straight up problematic.
