    You aren't going to be able to outsource auto maintenance to the next county, much less another country. (The comment I originally replied to specifically referenced "lube and tire tech" as a role companies have trouble hiring for)

      It's not like there's one lube and tyre company in the country, or that they don't compete with each other.
