As someone who lives in the mosquito-infested South, I’m very skeptical about this. I don’t like the idea of there being MORE mosquitoes, especially after all of the effort we take to get rid of them.
- Tagbert 5y agoThey are only releasing male mosquitos. The males don’t bite and don’t drink blood. Only the females do. You might see a few more flying around but you won’t have more bites as a result. This may or may not work but the theory is good. It will be an interesting experiment to see if it works.
