What I mean is the Product Owner as defined by Scrum. Either as a 'hat' worn by someone whose official title in the HR system is Systems Analyst or actually as a title in said system even. At my last place they were called "Business Analyst" on paper. If you don't have a PO, then you are not playing the game of Scrum.
