Since Encore supports deploying to your own cloud, it's definitely possible to integrate with existing systems you already have in place. We're also working on expanding the set of infrastructure primitives supported, so that you get the Encore experience for doing more types of things. Things like Pub/Sub and message queues are the next things we'd like to add support for.
