Sure - just add things like parks and restrictions on new construction that increase property values. This will lead to higher rents. The population that can't afford it will eventually have to move somewhere else.
- Agathos 18y agoRestrictions on new construction to increase rents count as villainous in my book.
- stcredzero 18y agoAt some point, someone will have to post eviction notices, and the sheriff will have to show up and throw someone's stuff out on the sidewalk.
