I received similar radio silence when I recently reported a bug to a major sports league. I had access to all their ticket inventory, including bar codes, PII, and the ability to transfer the tickets to my own account. As secret club shows alludes to on Twitter, it's a little jarring when you don't even receive a response from an entity that you're reporting to in good faith. It's more than disappointing. I feel for their frustration. I hope someone at Valve picks this up internally.
