The worst device I have ever owned was a Microsoft Surface Pro 6. Most problems with the hardware, like the keyboard not being recognized half the time, or the touchpad randomly ignoring my inputs. Would not recommend to anyone. A friend of mine has a Surface Book, and he has just as many problems as I had, but with the Surface Books most problems are with the GPU in combination with the bad drivers and horrible external display support.
