I prefer hand writing notes for most meetings, mostly because I've been gifted fountain pens and nice paper and feel the need to use them. I also found after not writing notes by hand for the first half of the pandemic my handwriting turned even more awful than it typically is. For both notes and diagrams I scan them into Evernote afterward.
