Fentanyl drug dealers are walking around and spreading it to others and are definitely not being dealt with the same urgency as COVID - given it's SF, the police probably don't even bother.
- dylan604 6y agoagain, you catch COVID without knowing it and not actually trying to. the vast majority of fentanyl users are chosing to do so. some are thinking they are taking one thing, but unscrupulous dealers are cutting the one thing with fentanyl or worse. however, it's not like drug dealers are walking around with an aerosolized version of fentanyl, and infecting random unsuspecting people.
