Do pancakes (Breton galettes and crêpes) count as street food ?
- kergonath 6y agoThe crêpes eaten as street food have nothing Breton about them. But yes, that counts as street food. Waffles as well. Breton galettes are meant to be eaten sitting with a bowl of cider, though, completely different beasts. You need a plate to eat a complète or a decent dessert crêpe.
