- KirillPanov 6y agoExploding paint capsules cause no collateral damage to the innocent. AML/KYC causes massive collateral expense and frustration to small businesses. This vastly eclipses the crimes it is claims to help thwart. Of course if you're a gigantic business like Amazon or Paypal, this is a Good Thing.
