I have few early memories because due to having so much anxiety from an early age. I remember a time before processing it as any synonym for 'anxiety', my father came to help me with something and I thought, in essence: "Too bad my brain is doing that thing where my thoughts are not useful due to that thing (that I didn't yet think of as anxiety), but how nice of my father to spend some time with me."
