It would look the same, we already know that harsher sentences do not provide effective deterrence.
- KSteffensen 6y agoThat is true for friday night stabbing type of crime, pretty much anything drug related (excepting the higher-up El Chapo types), and anything driven by poverty. Do it also hold for white collar greedy banker type crime?
