If amazon allows you to start following reviewers, then it would move towards being a social media platform.
- offtop5 5y agoI think you can already look at a reviewer's profile, and people get various little badges indicating that their subject matter experts. I actually think Amazon's toned this down a bit, back in the day you could reply reviews and argue with people. Now there's only a found helpful button
