Taiwan says PLA flies 25 warplanes into its airspace, the largest incursion yet
- mytailorisrich 6y agoHere's the map with today's flight paths: https://focustaiwan.tw/politics/202104120017 https://focustaiwan.tw/politics/202104120017 Perhaps a bit less spectacular than one might imagine.
- mytailorisrich 6y agoLooks like the map was removed (too underwhelming?) ... Here it is in another article: https://www.taiwannews.com.tw/en/news/4175573 https://www.taiwannews.com.tw/en/news/4175573
- simonblack 6y agoPropaganda article on the part of SCMP. Because an ADIZ is NOT the same as airspace above actual national territory. The linked Taiwanese article states "ADIZ" not "airspace" The US doesn't recognise the Chinese ADIZs. Why would China recognise Taiwanese ADIZs? And that's apart from the fact that the Taiwanese ADIZ includes actual Chinese territorial airspace! (See the map with the original Taiwanese article. https://focustaiwan.tw/politics/202104120017 https://focustaiwan.tw/politics/202104120017)
