Apart of the hands-on all the time, last years been CTO+architect+methodologist of burocracy-automating startup, mentor-coach of few young people, mentor of team of newbies in Ericcson, methodology-advocate in SoC maker, mentor-and-analyst of culture and ways of medium-sized company, teacher of python... Have my own python course and own work/culture-style, mentored a few teams, turned a few people into better programmers-and-persons, consulted a few companies on agile and cultural-health.. made quite some software.. Looking for mentoring (a team) or being a principal, 20-25h/week, about programming and life, with me there.. or them here.. or whatever.
